Workout Locations

The Cave

The Cave is your spot for sandbag style workouts on Mondays and Fridays. We have extra sandbags available so don’t let that stop you! We have regular bootcamp style beat downs on Tuesdays. The Cave also hosts a regularly scheduled Saturday bootcamp workout.

  • Saturday 6:30-7:30AM

The Forest

Come out to the Forest for a bootcamp style workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also host a 30/30 every Wednesday, this is a 30 minute workout followed by a 30 minute discussion over a leadership topic. You can also join us for a Ruck on Monday!

The Keep

Head over to Castlegate Park to join the men of the Keep for a bootcamp style workout every Tuesday and Thursday. The Keep also hosts a 30/30 workout where you will have a 30 minute workout and a 30 minute discussion.

The Rock

The Rock is F3 Aggieland’s home of the Monthly Murph (held the second Monday of every month). We also have cardio focused workouts on Mondays and Fridays, bootcamp style workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the occasional Ruck (second Friday of each month). Pick a day and come join us!

  • Monday (Cardio/Murph Training) 5:30-6:15AM
  • Tuesday (Bootcamp) 5:30-6:15AM
  • Thursday (Bootcamp) 5:30-6:15AM
  • Friday (Cardio) 5:30-6:15AM

Southie

Join us every Wednesday at Southern Oaks park for a ruck. Don’t have a rucksack? Any backpack with some weight in it will do, or you can come join us without weight. We make two trips, one starts at 4:30AM and returns to the park at 5:30. Then we make another trip that returns to the park at 6:15. Join us for one or both!

The Mine

Join us at The Mine located at Tiffany Park in Bryan. We meet here every Tuesday and Thursday at the Tiffany Park Pavilion for a bootcamp style workout.

The Iron

Come out to Pebble Creek Park to workout with us at the Iron. We meet every Monday and Wednesday for a bootcamp style workout near the basketball court at Pebble Creek Park.

West Bryan AO

Come check out our newest location in West Bryan. The workouts at this location alternate between two locations: (1) Villa West Park every Tuesday and (2) Lake Walk every Friday. At Lake Walk we meet by the Lake Atlas Observation Tower.
