Workout Locations
The Cave is your spot for sandbag style workouts on Mondays and Fridays. We have extra sandbags available so don’t let that stop you! We have regular bootcamp style beat downs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Cave also hosts the regularly scheduled Saturday beat down for F3 Aggieland.
Come out to the Forest for a bootcamp style workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also host a 30/30 every Wednesday, this is a 30 minute workout followed by a 30 minute discussion over a leadership topic.
Head over to Castlegate Park to join the men of the Keep for a bootcamp style workout every Tuesday and Thursday. The Keep also hosts a 30/30 workout where you will have a 30 minute workout and a 30 minute discussion.
The Rock is F3 Aggieland’s home of the Monthly Murph (held the first Monday of every month). We also have cardio focused workouts on Mondays and Fridays, bootcamp style workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the occasional Ruck (second Friday and last Saturday of each month). Pick a day and come join us!
A new AO is coming soon…. Join us every Wednesday at Southern Oaks park for a ruck. Don’t have a rucksack? Any backpack with some weight in it will do, or you can come join us without weight. We make two trips, one starts at 4:30AM and returns to the park at 5:30. Then we make another trip that returns to the park at 6:15. Join us for one or both!
